    Elbert Hubbard quote is best according to me. Stress is a mental state it all depend on us. Sometimes things are stressful for us but same thing for another person not cause problem and stress. it is vary person to person.
    for me stress is destructive and just like killing.

    Dear Henrik,

    I like number 28 and 29 the most. I seem to get stressed really easily about things that will probably never happen. Getting stressed seems to be my default mode not just under pressure but by every day tasks such as if I’m taking too long to make a decision or if I’m trying to eat a meal when there is a lot of noise and energy around me. I find taking really slow deep breaths can help but sometimes I wish I could stop the stress before it arrives.

    I worry and stress a lot and even acquaintances tell me not to worry, but most of my troubles are about stuff that never happened, or what ifs and I will try not to live like that.

  • Love the Lily Tomlin quote. As a hypnotherapist many of my cleints find that the issues that are creating their stress and anxiety are based on trivial issues that happened many years before. When they finally realise that the issue that was creating the problem is trivial the problem subsides or disappears totally.
