Q: Can you help me through my serious crisis?
If you are having a serious personal crisis and are for example having panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, depression or severe anxiety then I am not the right person to help you. Please seek professional help via a therapist and/or a medical doctor to get the expert advice and on-going support you need.
Q: Do you accept guest posts, new ads or want to swap links?
No, I do not at this time.
I get many, many emails every day and I don’t have enough hours to reply to all of them. I do however read everything that is sent and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
