The Positivity Blog has been online since September 2006. So far it has had about 1.6 million visitors and it has 9500+ subscribers (as of June 21 2008).

This site, it’s content and I am a work in progress. My views on things and the subjects this site covers will probably change, develop or expand. I’m sharing what I have discovered so far. I hope you can have some use of it too.

Who am I?

Henrik EdbergWell, my name is Henrik Edberg and I’m a 28 year old guy from Sweden. I devour literature and audio on personal development. I’ve dived into the subject and immersed myself. I implement what I have learned and I learn from my own experiments and experience and figure out how to build a better life.

I am not an expert, I am merely an enthusiast.

What I write about are things that have had a positive effect on my life. Some or maybe many of these thoughts and strategies will possibly work for you too to some degree. We are all unique, but perhaps more importantly, we are all very similar. But I’m not a professional, I’m not a psychologist and no information on this site should be construed as psychological advice. I give no guarantees and this site is for entertainment purposes only.
