Get My Free E-book: The 7 Timeless Habits of Happiness

by Henrik Edberg. Print Print

I am very happy to announce that my first e-book The 7 Timeless Habits of Happiness is done and available for free download today.

It’s a 30+ page e-book in PDF-format focusing on habits, techniques and strategies that have helped me to become happier over the last few years. It’s not a magic pill, but these things have really worked for me.

To get access to the book simply sign up for my new email list using the form below. A short while after you have done that you will receive an email in your inbox – be sure to check the spam folder so it didn’t get stuck there – with a confirmation link that you need to click. A short while after that you will get another email with a download link for the e-book.

This email list is, like the e-book, something new that will expand the Positivity Blog beyond just being a blog. It is a part of my plan and main focus of 2010 to expand and grow this website.

The aim of the email list is to deliver 2-3 emails per month with content that is not published in the weekly stream of articles on the blog.

It will include:

  • Tips and strategies to help you improve your life.
  • Pointing out tools and services that you may find useful.
  • And possibly, a recap of links to blog posts that has gone up over the previous month.

As with any newsletter, your email address will not be sold or shared and you can unsubscribe at any time.

If you are using an ad blocker then you might not see the signup form above. Disable the ad blocker to be able to type in your email address.

If you enjoy the book, please share this page with friends on Twitter, Stumbleupon, your own blog and other places so they can get their own copy. Thank you for the support! =)

Hej Hendrik,

you already made me happy by just offering such great resource for free. “Give and you shall receive” how true!
Giving freely is a guarantee for happiness and not just for one person.

Thank you!

Hi Henrik,

Wanted to thank you and congratulate you for your free e-book. I just finished reading it. Absolutely love it. It is good to know that you are helping others in so many ways. Well-written, easy to follow. You are sincere and you are write from the heart. I like how you give your own personal examples. You are right about Accept and Let go. It takes a while to kick in but once you accept that concept then magic happens. This was one of the first things I did when I starting reading your blog, I tried to focus on that concept and learn about myself then everything falls into place little by little. Also, getting things done (Just do it), writing things down and simply de-cluttering your mind/life.

Thanks again. Great job! Hooray for Henrik!

Sincerely,
Merly
