My New Ebook: The Power of Positivity is Out Now

by Henrik Edberg

I am very happy to announce that my new ebook The Power of Positivity is out now.

In it, over 132 pages and 22 chapters, I explore the tips and strategies that have helped me to improve my life greatly in many areas over the last few years. It’s a constructive and practical guide to living a more positive, happy and successful life.

Buy the Power of Positivity here

By using the advice in this book I have made many changes. A handful of the most important ones are:

  • Switched from a pretty negative attitude to a much more positive one.
  • Minimized many negative thought habits such as not feeling deserving of success, victim thinking, overthinking and fear.
  • Lost 26 pounds during 4 months in the winter/spring of 2009 and got into way better shape.
  • Become a lot more present/mindful in daily life.
  • I am less shy and a more confident person.
  • Vastly improved social skills and a more outgoing and generally more attractive person.
  • I get things done. I am much more effective and procrastination has gone way down.
  • I am much more relaxed and patient even though I may encounter failure or situations that used to stress me out.
  • I have created a highly successful blog.
  • I simply feel a lot happier with myself and my life.

This book could help you to make the same changes and do many more things.

Here’s what the book contains – table of contents

The book covers a lot of areas, here is a listing of the chapters:

Why buy this book?

  1. A handy and timesaving choice. You’ll have many, many different strategies for life and challenges that may come up compiled in one easy-to-read ebook. This makes it easy to find what you need and to make connections between different concepts and areas, to print out relevant chapters, to read it on any computer even if there is no internet access and to take it with you on the computer or on a flash drive.
  2. Resources. Throughout the book I have linked to various websites and tools online that I use to improve my life.
  3. You are supporting this site. If you feel that the free articles on the blog have helped you then consider this to be at least one reason to buy the book. You get a very useful book that can help you to explore your potential in life and I get a bit of support that helps me to continue to write free articles on the blog and create other products in the future. I think this is better than for example donations, because this is more of a win-win situation where we both get something good right now.
  4. It looks nice. I like the look of the book and think that it makes the reading easier and more enjoyable.

NOTE: This is an ebook that you download, not a print book made out of paper. The book is in PDF-format so you need the free Acrobat Reader or some other PDF-reader on your computer to read the book. You can of course also use your printer to print out the whole book or the chapters that are most important to you right now.

The book comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you don’t like it just send me an email and I’ll refund you, no questions asked.

PRICING: I have set the price of the book at 17 dollars.

That’s about two cups of coffee with a cookie each at a coffee shop here in Sweden. Or two large beers at a bar. I think that is a pretty fair price if you are serious about making a positive change in your life and want a book filled with practical advice that can help you to improve your life right now.

INSTRUCTIONS: You can pay via your PayPal account or via major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.

After you have paid for the book you can click the “Complete Purchase” link on the PayPal page to go to an E-junkie page and find a link to download your copy of the book. You will also receive an email from “The Positivity Blog” at the email address you put in while purchasing the book that contains the link to the page where you can download the book.

I hope this book will help you to create and live a positive, happy and awesome life!

Congrats Henrik!

Henrik Edberg June 10, 2010 at 9:03 pm

Yeah, it has been a bit slow on the blog, might be a bit slower during the summer too since I got a lot of other stuff to do these next few months. But I’ll try to keep the usual pace when I can.

This sounds like a great book! I’ve stumbled across your blog, and I must say that I am impressed.

As a corporate trainer, I am faced with negative attitudes from participants at times, so I am always looking for new ways to encourage positive thinking and attitudes. Your book seems like it will be a great read.

The company I work for uses a HEART model that is a great set of elements that help stay on the positive track when dealing with different customer situations. I use it in my personal life as well.

If you’re interested, here’s a link to a blog that a colleague of mine recently wrote discussing the HEART model.

You have a great site and I am looking forward to reading your book!

Monique
