I&#039;m in general a very optimistic person but sometimes when I wake up I just have this negative funk going on in my head.  What I&#039;ve found that works so well is sit down for a minute and write out what it is that I&#039;m grateful for.
It reminds me of an old movie that I grew up watching during the Holidays called &quot;Holiday Inn.&quot; It is a great movie with Bing Crosby as one of the leads and he sings this song halfway through that is all about, &quot;I&#039;ve got something to be thankful for...&quot;.  
It works every time for me.  I get those awesome thoughts flowing out about what I&#039;m thankful for and I&#039;m good as new.

Thanks for sharing some other great ideas as well.  I&#039;ll for sure be back!</description>
