good post! I personally liked -- “It isn’t the mountains ahead to climb that wear you out; it’s the pebble in your shoe.”

It is true that the challenges don't wear down, but our own weaknesses and inner conflicts. Meditation is an excellent way to gain inner clarityand stay unperturbed in even the most challenging times.

The last one's really great!

"Only a man who knows what it is like to be defeated can reach down to the bottom of his soul and come up with the extra ounce of power it takes to win when the match is even.”

Sometimes, it is in our darkest moments when we gain the strength we need to rise victorious through it all. Defeat is not defeat after all but merely a pause, a breath, a prayer that makes all the difference in our battles. :)

Experience, both good and bad, are the best teachers. If failures do not stop you, they will drive you to your success. Don't you agree?

Hi Henrik,

I like #1 - Take a risk.

Every great accomplishment involves some forms of risks. If you want to be at the top, you’d have to take a risk. When you take the risk, you have a 50 per cent chance of reaching it. But if you decide not to take the risk, you have absolutely zero chance of reaching it.

In essence, risk means hope and giving yourself a chance. If you refuse to take risks, you’re simply depriving yourself a chance in life and give yourself nothing to hope for.

Cheers~

Life is all about taking risks.

Taking risks increases Dopamine which gives us a high and makes us feel satisfied. We must never settle for second best. We must strive to do the best we can and be the best we can.

Henrik, Muhammad Ali is a great example to use as someone who was confident, fearless and driven to succeed.
