I'm guilty of the "Hi" header--I've actually been trying to remedy that lately. Where applicable, I include my name or screen same in the title--say, "Blog information from mousewords" in the hopes of catching attention. Also guilty of being too wordy! Twitter has helped me with that--I find myself writing concise, brief paragraphs now. :-) Also keep forgetting to send attachments--I remembered today and was so proud of myself... ;-) Wow, great points! One other ‘rule’ I’d like to add is this:
