Just a short message before we’re going out until 2008.
Thank you everyone for your support!
I truly appreciate it and hope you will have a wonderful 2008 and celebration wherever you are in the world tonight.
I don’t know what next year will bring but I have feeling it will be a very interesting year. I have a feeling that 2008 will, as the Americans say, be off the hook.
I have shared a lot of quotes on the blog. Last New Year’s Eve I shared a good one by Sergei Kahili King that sums up very much of what I have learned about personal development. It goes like this:
Bless the present.
Expect the best.
This year I’d like to add a quote, one of my absolute favourites, by Kirsten Zambucka. I like it because it sums up so much about how things work and because it reminds me that the solution to challenges is often closer to home than one might think. And I like it because it never fails to remind me that are always a lot more paths and possibilities to open up inside and out in the world.
Though I might travel afar, I will meet only what I carry with me,
for every man is a mirror.
We see only ourselves reflected in those around us.
Their attitudes and actions are only a reflection of our own.
The whole world and its condition has its counterparts within us all.
Turn the gaze inward. Correct yourself and your world will change.
Happy New Year! I’ll see you in 2008.
