Good point made.

The whole idea is to focus on spending your time on things that will bring you 1 step closer to your goal each day.

Many times people tend to spend their time on things which do not add value to themselves or their goals.

I like to recommend that people spend 1/2 hr each day to read materials on self development. Although the task is not pressing, it is of utmost importance that we keep investing and nurture our thinking.

As for writing blog post, it is worth for me to try it out.
I usually write my blog on Law of Attraction (www.secretofunlimitedprosperity.com) after I read, understand and apply certain rules taught by the guru in this field. Maybe I can start breaking down 1 long post into series of post.

Cheers, Karen

#Shopping
Buy something only when you need it. Have you ever buy something but you never use it? Nearly everyone buys products they never actually use.
Sometimes when we have more money, we buy stuff without plan. May be this stuff is not expensive but this is one of our bad habit. Don’t buy something just because they are on sale, you may never use them.
So before go shopping, make a list the items you need in the order and don’t buy stuff unlisted.

I've used this technique in the past and most of the time it works. When my focus can stay on one type of mental task I get a lot more done, it's a lot easier instead of scattering it all around. I still get caught in the trap of reading RSS feeds throughout the day. I need to buckle down a little more and apply your technique. Keep up the good thoughts.
