Here´s an entertaining video of Malcolm Gladwell – author of The Tipping Point (an interesting book on trends and social networks) and Blink (haven´t read it yet) – and the speech he gave at TEDTalks in 2004.

Malcolm uses his 18 minutes on stage to talk about Howard Moskowitz, the man that revolutionized the spaghetti sauce business – and the food industry – and what any business can learn from what he discovered.
