Thanks for sharing this quote Henrik. In a grad school course I’m taking (Organizational Leadership), our professor recently asked how and where we begin to change our fear-based culture. I said we needed to start with ourselves because that is the only place/person where we have control (and not all the time at that). That’s one reason why I like this quote and am glad to add it to my quotes collection–it reminds us that change begins with us and flows like a ripple into the wider sea beyond our island of self.
