Here´s one Oscar-winning short-film one does not easily forget. The “The Man who planted trees” is 30 minute long movie about just what the title says.
The animation in this film is really wonderful. Images elegantly dissolve into one another and it´s like an invisible brush painting this simple but inspiring story.
The story is fictional but from what I´ve learned there has been some very similar stories unfolding in the world.
