It´s a 15 minute infomercial for his “Phoenix Seminar on the Psychology of Achievement”.
Apparently a pretty popular one with over 2 million attendees so far. And even though it might have been made to make you sign up for something it´s still good information.
The topic of the video is the 7 ingredients of success. Pretty solid stuff with little fluff. As per usual when it comes to Brian Tracy.
